We only accept returns on blank apparel. Customized, printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items, sale merchandise, and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
